The interval class from... you know where ;)

I think I finally mastered the art of the interval cycling class today. This playlist was a doozy.

I managed this one twice in a row today! Average heart rate 153, max 192. 979 calories burned! (For that, I cracked open an Angry Orchard hard cider... one of my new favorite gluten free things!!)

Wilco - Summer Teeth -- Warmup

Rolling Stones - Honky Tonk Woman -- Easy climb

Metro Station - Shake it -- Make the climb steeper, really pushing the heart rate in the second minute of the song, then take the last minute to recover

Flo Rida - Club Can't Handle Me -- All on a flat, jumps during the raps, hold it when they're singing

Queen - Another One Bites the Dust -- First 30 seconds to recover, 2:30 climb (steepish), last minute to recover

Neon Trees - Everybody Talks -- Three 20-second sprints during the choruses

Twisted Sister -- We're Not Gonna Take It -- 60 seconds to recover, 2:30 climb, steep, really pushing the last minute

Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Heads Will Roll -- 90 seconds to 2 minutes to recover, light climb for the remainder of the song

Lynyrd Skynard - Gimme Three Steps -- 3:30 climb progressively getting steeper, all out of the saddle, recover last minute

P!nk - So What -- 30 second pickups on the first two choruses

Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling -- Rolling hills, jumps on the downhills

Grateful Dead - Casey Jones -- Cool down
