My goal for 2014 is to improve my swimming and biking, and complete the Double Mussel and REV3 Poconos 70.3 races. I'm in the process of moving from Rochester to Albany, and am looking forward to making some new friends!
Saturday's run in a nutshell: You're going to wake up at the crack of dawn, drive and hour and a half to run 10 miles through the woods. If you're lucky, the temperature might go all the way up to 36 degrees! We'll give you water and snacks after 6 miles if you're still standing. By the way, it's deer hunting season. We told the hunters not to shoot, but you never know.
